Where is my refund?

Refunds can take time for our busy warehouse to process. Please allow 12 working days from the delivery date on tracking for us to process your refund.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS IF THEY ARE THE WRONG SIZE?

Of course! If you are not sure about your size, then take a look at our womenswear size guide and menswear size guide, or give our team in Customer Services a call and they will help you out. Head to our returns policy page  for instructions on how to return your items.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders are processed within 2-4 working days and you can choose between DPD Next Working Day, Royal Mail Standard or Next Day, and their international partners. See our delivery page for more info.

CAN I ORDER AN ITEM FOR DELIVERY TOMORROW?

Yes! Select DPD Next Day delivery and place your order before 3pm Monday to Thursday. If you order on a Friday before 3pm you will receive your order the next working Monday.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

Our Customer Service team are available via telephone Monday - Friday, 10am - 1pm and then again from 2pm - 5pm. Please give us a call on 0203 793 2867. You can also get in touch by emailing info@beaufortandblake.co.uk

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, the easiest thing to do is use the "CANCEL ORDER" button on your order confirmation within 5 minutes. If it has been longer than 5 minutes, please call us asap on 0203 793 2867. We will do our best to arrange this for you, but please note it won't be possible to cancel the order if your parcel has already been packed.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY DELIVERY. WHAT CAN I DO?

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We scour the globe to find expert manufacturers who will make our clothes to the highest standards. Our carefully vetted selection of factories is based mainly in Portugal. Although, sometimes you have to go a little further to find the right expertise so some of our products are made in China and India. We visit our factories regularly, have trusted partners on the ground in all our manufacturing countries and are on first name terms with everyone that we work with. We can promise they’re a brilliant bunch!

DO YOU OFFER TAX FREE SHOPPING?

We offer VAT free sales for orders shipped to Jersey or Guernsey. You don’t need to do anything, the VAT in your order will be automatically deducted at checkout as long as you select Jersey or Guernsey as your shipping address country. For other international orders shipped outside the UK, we do offer tax free shopping as well as DDP terms, meaning any duties due to the destination country will be paid for by us.

DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT SIZES OF SOCKS?

Our embroidered cotton socks are one size fits all, 7 to 12 UK size. We’ve tried them on big feet, small feet, and those in between and all toes were reported as being very happy.

DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE OR CUSTOM SHIRTS?

Sorry we don’t offer a bespoke service. However, if you are looking for something special, give the team at Customer Services a call and they will do all they can to help you out.

DO YOU OFFER NHS & SERVICE PERSONNEL DISCOUNTS?

We are delighted to offer NHS & Service Personnel 15% off full price products. Please contact customer service via email info@beaufortandblake.co.uk with proof of your role and our team can process your order with the discount.
